Hello and welcome!

I'm Leticia Ballesteros – a recently graduated Digital Marketing professional with a background in healthcare and administration. After several years working in the health sector, I decided to reconnect with my creative side and return to university. That journey led me to IADT in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, where I earned my degree in Digital Marketing.

Throughout my studies and beyond, I’ve cultivated a passion for marketing strategy, content creation, and digital innovation. Along the way, I’ve earned industry-recognised certifications, including HubSpot Academy credentials and the Meta Digital Marketing Associate certification. These have strengthened my skills in SEO, website optimisation, and building impactful social media campaigns.

But my journey doesn't stop at digital. I also hold a QQI Level 6 in Business, Tourism & Event Management from Bray Institute of Further Education, giving me a broader understanding of marketing across sectors. My strong administrative background—backed by a QQI Level 5 Certificate in Medical Administration—means I bring strong organizational and communication skills to every role I take on.

Early in my career, I had the privilege of working at La Villa de Don Fadrique’s City Hall in Spain, where I supported the Mayor's office with content creation, data analysis, and administrative coordination. That experience helped shape my commitment to detail and public-facing communication.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I thrive in multicultural and dynamic environments. Whether it's elevating guest experiences in hospitality or brainstorming creative campaigns, I’m always thinking strategically and creatively.
